A special THANKS to Cathay Home for sponsoring today’s New Master Bedroom Set blog post!

New Master Bedroom Set

You may remember our beautiful bedroom update post from last year where we teamed up with one of my favorite brands, Cathay Home, and redid the bedding in our master bedroom.

New Master Bedroom Set

We did a gorgeous brick orange bedroom set along with fun boho accessories for a new look in the room. We love the fun pop of orange against the white walls and dark wood furniture.

After adding our new electric fireplace to our bedroom this winter, I decided our bedding needed a little refresh as well. I love white bedding so it will be a fun change to have during the spring and summer seasons and then I can bring back the rusty orange for fall.

The solid white comforter added in extra brightness that the room needed. I layered the look with this mushroom-colored quilt set for extra color and warmth. What I love most about layering this set is that I can switch the two around and give the room a completely new look.

Wanting to know how to style a farmhouse hutch using antiques? Let me show you my favorite way to decorate mine! My kitchen hutch is one of my favorite pieces to decorate in my house. It gets changed quite often for the different seasons but this is my everyday look.

Sometimes the hutch is filled with lots of color but this simple white and woods theme is my all-time favorite. You can see how I style it for Christmas using my Coton Colors Christmas dishes HERE.

On top is where I display all my interchangeable Coton Color dishes and fun attachments. Are you a Coton Colors lover? Check out all my blog posts about them HERE!

Filled with my Mikasa French Countryside dishes and warm Longaberger baskets, this look feel like home to me.

The Mikasa French Countryside dishes were my wedding dishes and have since been pretty much retired a lot of their pieces from the site. I found this out recently and have seen on a scavenger hunt to find all the pieces I was missing and to even out my sets. Does that consider them antiques? I sure hope not! HAHA!

Interested in purchasing the French Countryside pieces? I’ve found some amazing deals on eBay!

I have some other fun odd and vintage pieces in the cabinet at well. I have a small basket filled with beautiful (empty) chicken eggs and a vintage masher and sifter that belonged to my great-grandparents. I’m a big lover of family heirlooms.

The maple-colored Longaberger baskets add a welcoming warmth to the mostly white cabinet and it all just matches our home so perfectly.

What do you think? Do you like this subtle but cozy cabinet filled with some of my favorite things?
